Grenoble, Lyon or Geneva. There are transfers available from these airports directly to Rise. If booking our 3 day ticket and you require a transfer mid week, these are only available from Lyon and Geneva. We recommend checking the full schedule of transfers before booking your flight.

When is the best time to book flights?

We recommend booking your flights as soon as possible before they go up in price. Most major airlines fly from the UK to an airport near Les 2 Alpes.

When should I arrive?

Everyone arrives on Saturday 14th December. Settle into your accommodation (check in for most accommodation is 4pm), and explore the town. We will be hosting some small welcome parties on Saturday afternoon/evening with the snow kicking off first lift Sunday 15th morning and music starting at Apres on Sunday. The final day will be Friday 20th of December with everyone packing up and leaving town on the morning of Saturday 21st December.

Can I book my ticket then come back at a later date to arrange accommodation and transfers?

Yes - we advise securing your ticket early to save the most money. You can come back any time to add accommodation or other extras. At checkout simply log in using the same email address and your new purchase will be added to your account.

Can I book flights with directly with Rise/Fixers?

No – flights must be booked separately and direct with flight operators- most of the major budget airlines fly from UK airports to Lyon, Grenoble or Geneva.

Can I pay monthly?

You can log into your account anytime using the link here and pay an amount off from your remaining balance. This is not an automatic process you must log on to pay each bit.  Some people choose to log in each month and pay an amount from their balance, others pay everything upfront. It’s completely up to you.

I’ve paid a deposit for my ticket/accommodation, what date do I have to pay the remainder of the balance?

All balances must be completed 90 days before departure. Anything bought after that date if they are available must be paid in full at the time of booking. You can log into your account anytime and pay money from your balance.
